DBECats.com is an independently authored educational resource dedicated to the genetics, health and welfare implications of Dominant Blue Eyes (DBE) in cats.

Founded and maintained by Maria Niewiadomska, the website draws on peer-reviewed scientific literature, published genetic research and practical experience in feline genetics. The author also maintains SphynxCats.co.uk, an independent educational website covering Sphynx health, welfare, breed-specific conditions and responsible breeding practices.

The author is no longer actively involved in cat breeding. DBECats.com operates independently of commercial breeding activities and does not promote kitten sales or breeding services.
